Dear Christopher,
It's been a while since I posted in this forum. I decided to jump in and see what was going on . . . This is still my number one forum when it comes to the people who share their thoughts, knowledge about business, personal beliefs, etc. Most of us do it with good intentions.
Your opinion of the world is obviously warped. It seems the world you live in, everyone is out to get something from someone else. Even when tragedy hits someone like Chip, who many of us know through various online communities, personal relations or simply by association through the online marketing industry. The issue here is that you automatically assume that Chip's tragedy was faked, or that is smells like a scam or whatever you might feel would justify negativity towards him and the people who are tryingto help him.
I have never met personally, or spoken to you. I have never for that matter bought anything from you. I am certain of one thing, if you have a product or will have one one day . . I never will purchase from you. Not because you are evil, negative, and selfish. No, I could not say those things about you, I don't know you from a hole in the ground.
However, your response in this forum has led me to believe that you are a misguided individual with very little consideration for people's feelings. Just because you are faceless identity on this forum, like we all are in here, does not mean that you have to be a thoughtless and rude bloke. If you were a decent person, again an assumption since I never met you, you could have handle yourself and your initial comment with a bit more respect and dignity.
That said, I decided to find more information about Chip's tragedy, in the hopes that you would shut you up once and for all on this issue. I would also expect if you were a decent human being you would show that your a gentleman, I use the term carefully, and contribute some financial assistance to Chip by buying some of the mentioned products that Michel mentioned. That would not excuse you from your initial remarks, but it would help Chip Traver, and at the end of the day that far out weighs the remarks you make. In the end the choice is yours, but all of us in this forum will remember you. Remember, doing business online is all about the individual and not necessarily the product. You could have a great product but if people have no faith or respect in who you are . . .you'll will have a very hard time selling anything.
I researched the local Knoxville, TN newspapers for articles written by reporters who have nothing to gain by this fund raising. So that you don't feel they were paid off or scammed into publishing the information on the accident.
The link is directly from the newspaper:
http://www.knoxnews.com/kns/state/article/0,1406,KNS_348_3530550,00.html
You will need to register online with the newspaper so they can see that you are actually a real human being and not a fake. If you choose to register read the article at the bottom of the page and if you would like call the State Trooper ( police office) and ask them to validate the story.
Just in case you choose not to sign-up in fear that someone might be watching you, I decided to provide you with the article.
Last word . . . Whoever you are, from where ever you come from, and no matter what country, nationality, religion who may be a part of. I believe one thing for sure from everything I read in this thread about your comments . . .
You are definitely in need of some serious soul searching.
