The TX that has impressed me the most so far has been AKH, mainly because it is not just a TX and concentrates on ListBuilding and the use of ezines, as well as having a great admin.
The other impressive program I see a lot of people using is JS200:

(this the main site, not my affiliate URL - I learnt my lesson last time!)which concentrates on building traffic and lists as well as some affiliate programs. It also has it's own forum where the admin and other epxerts discuss the best marketing methods specific to JS200 itself.
(Bob Puddy has added JS200 to the AKH downline builder and Joe Kendall has added AKH to JS200, so it gets even better!)
