I did buy version 1 and clickbank only has a 90 day return policy. Of course I wrote to him 2 weeks after getting it (which by the way was in March of 2002!) but received no reply.

Anyway, I think phone contact is the next step. I'm a very persistent person though so this will get resolved.

By the way he told me I should review version 2 and if I still wanted a refund he'd give me one but he never sent version 2 to me. I have since sent 2 emails saying I just wanted my money back
and I included my clickbank receipt number.

I'll keep everyone posted on this situation.
