Seek VC or Sales Wiz, Advice Needed

I have a site/service ready that has significant potential. I have contacted several call centers about working on a performance basis. They're interested, however, they would like me to show them the potential before committing any resources to the campaign. This is typical for all programs they operate on a performance basis. My problem is no selling expertise or capital to either run a test campaign or hire sales people to run a test. If the test proved successful, they could commit 50-200 TSR per day for the length of the campaign. Total revenue could easily reach 500K or more. I would like to connect with either a person with a little venture capital ($5-10K) or exceptional sales experience willing to invest a little sweat equity. Thank you for reading my post.
