OK. I am very disappointed in both the Newsletter Promote software itself and the customer service.

I purchased the software 2 weeks ago (around the end of July 2003) for $10. I was very excited by the prospect of being able to automatically send out my articles and my ezine. I thought, this is sooo cool! Well, I have been sorely diappointed.

After following the setup instructions for submitting my article to ezine publishers, I sent my article. I immediately received about 50 messages back saying they were bad email addresses. There were a few confirmation emails, but all they did was upset me even more. One of them was for a Civil War ezine and another was for a health ezine, both of which only accept articles on that subject. Well, that was pretty much a waste of my time.

I have run into several article and ezine announcement lists that are no longer valid.

I have tried emailing all of this information to Paul, but have yet to receive a response.

Also, I had sent an email to the company before I even purchased the software. I never received a response on that one either.

Geez, am I frustrated. And from what I have read here, I can pretty much give up the idea of ever getting a refund.

I would advise against buying this software. I haven't used Ezine Announcer, but it has got to be better than this!
