I have NO LICENSE- now what?

Thanks to all of you for your posts.
I have no paper license, no hologram microsoft sticker on the machine. And I am disabled, do not drive. That is the reason I couldn't "window shop," the box before purchasing. I called the full-service dealer to custom order an XP Prof SP2 P4 system via telephone.
It never occurred to me to place an order for a "legal" as opposed to illegal install. I simply asked for pricing assumming that a licensed version of the OS was included in that pricing.
Now what do I do? I want a legal, licensed copy of MS XP! I'll settle for the paper license and order the CD from Microsoft if necessary.
I cannot afford a retail copy- I can afford OEM pricing. I am disabled, assumed it was included as I paid just over $1,000 for the system and specified at the outset the OS I wanted.
How do you think I should proceed in this matter?
Thanks all-
Larry
