Yes ut is. It is less than 1 month old. It came with XP Pro pre-installed. But I got no CD or COA with the machine. I then called Microsoft and after being informed of my right to a CD, COA and Manual- I called the vendor. He agreed to send me the OEM. (I'm fisabled and all of it was delivered to my home.)

So, now I have a fairly new system, with some downloaded applications and documents installed and the licensed XP Pro CD and COA.

I am no techie. I just want to install the legal version without losing the forementioned if possible. And if not possible I could do with some advice about how to Save programs and documents for easy install once the new OS is running.
