G'day everyone,
I think my point is being overshadowed by what I never intended to be an issue. Bengali understood exactly my point and I really don't think I needed to bother with the post in hindsight to his response.
The old adage "...it is not worth the paper it is written on" stems from the pre industrial age where a handshake was a man’s word and thus a real guarantee. Nothing has changed in many parts of the globe.
I trust Michael’s business integrity from his word not his guarantee. I have bought from him and will continue to purchase products in the future because of his honest writing, integrity as shown in newsletters, content of his posts to this forum and from his many years of practical experience in his field.
However it goes without saying that of course I will be having guarantees with my products but only from a sale point-of-view in regard to the electronic nature of Internet Marketing. Outside the Internet my whole life has and always will continue to work on a handshake, like most folk who live and trade in this irrigation and mountain area of Australia.
But my point to this post was about the futile nature of revenge not the philosophy of modern day guarantees. Perhaps some of you more professional Internet marketers could put up a separate post about Internet guarantees just so we all can become full bottle on the subject.
Regards and best wishes to you all
Rod
