It's annoying that scare mongering tactics are used to try and "pursuade" people to buy products that are not needed.

I don't think I was too worried, (I've been reading this up on other forums etc,) but I was curious as to what others thought about it. (I think I remember the debate last year)

Reading that article, people could be forgiven for thinking any audio on their website using MP3 is at risk,

And when well known Internet marketers send out emails inflaming the situation
