Much of the spam you receive is actually legal as far as US law is concerned.
If you want your email to be legit when replying with a commercial message:-
1. You would have to give your address as it is commercial email, and you don't have a business relationship with them (they didn't ask for the email)
2. You are telling them your address is "live" expect spam from them and all the people they sell your live address to forever.> Answer their mail with an ad of your own. Do Not take peoples e-mail
