Organization suggestions greatly appreciated...

When it comes to business I try to be as organized as possible. "A place for everything and everything in its place" as the saying goes. I have different systems in place for all kinds of things both online and off. I think IS double important on the ole computer system with possible space issues and ofcourse the "easy access" dilema.

So, this goes out to all those like myself with hundreds if not thousands of eBooks, programs and such that have been downloaded over the years. What do you do? How do you keep them straight hopefully to the point where, lets say your on a project and think to yourself...hmmm I saw the answer to this somewhere...aha! it's in this book here! You get the idea.

Again, any and all suggstions welcome.
