I still say virus software is useless

Hi Mark,
I still stand for what I posted on antivirus software is useless. The only 100 percent safe is to use mail call, zone alarm and ad aware and leave out anti-virus software.
Anti virus is never fast enough for new worm signatures. Unless you are connected permanently onto a virus database and never open your attachment or emails w/o first making a call to check your signatures, you are defenseless.
I've never seen a post from antivirus software to let me know in advance any worm hit the market until somebody machine is already get infected by it first. then i've to wait for a new signature to come out and watch for it and download it.
The kind that ruins your entire hard drive is almost always came in form of attack your machine via microsoft produts vulnerablity with via their mail software or via their operating system.
Personally if I have to invest on anything, those 3 mentions above which are completely and totally FREE are absolutely a sure best to protect your machine in all angles.
