I too was at the Mark Joyner event in CA and I'm not a huckster nor were most of the people I met out there. I also met Stephan and Justin and, though they appeared to be sincere, I felt that they didn't seem to know enough about what they were talking about to say to anyone "hey, over here, this is the way...follow me".
If there is one thing that I have learned out of the Stephan Durchame book debacle, it is this, "NEVER PROMOTE ANYTHING ONLINE THAT YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT, APPLIED, AND SEEN PERSONAL RESULTS FROM."
I am making a living online and so are many others. The thing to avoid and beware of is the get rich quick mentality. Many are promoting getting rich on the Internet and earning "$10,000 a month after your 3rd month." This just isn't the case. As in anything worth while it takes work to make marketing on the Inernet work for you. It may take months or even years to earn enough online to quite your day job.

> newbie...most frustrating!YES! It can be frustrating for all of us. I have found that the only way to be successful online is through shear perseverance. Find qualified people to help you, ask for help and hang in there. It does get better.
