I am not sure what you are looking for specifically, well besides the free aspect that is. But, http://www.hypermart.net offers a free hosting version. I use it myself as a "storage" center for my eBook downloads. The only draw back is that because it's free...you have the pop-ups to contend with.

Again, I only use it for downloading and storage and have no pages on the site so that isn't an issue for me. With respect to what you're doing, I am not sure if that is a challenge for you or not.
