Martin,
Both sites are being switched over to new systems currently.
Everyone's access to being changed over as well.
I've been on the road, so I can't answer to your attempts to email our offices, but rest assured, access will be restored.
One problem is before we had "group" accounts, with several people having the same username and password, and now, with the new system, that simply won't work.
