Hi Kirt,

Thanks for responding here. I was glad to see that the accounts are still ok.

I didn't bother contacting you about the lack of access since I figured you overdelivered by so much in the first place, the last thing you needed was people hounding you about the 'bonuses'.

I was disappointed that James couldn't deliver the QYJ memberships you intially mentioned as I have several friends do very well with his strategies and they're still attending Freedom events (I believe there's one in London in a few days), but you even rearranged to have that replaced with another (and an excellent) membership.

As far as I'm concerned - you overdelivered big time and I appreciated it (and still do).

So thanks again for taking the time to come to this forum and respond to the issues others have raised - it just re-enforces what was already a great perception for me.
