I don't have a copy of Quick Page Generator to compare, but from the screenshots and description on the sales page I can list the following features Conversionary has that QPG does not:

1) Ability to batch convert multiple files at once
2) Better Table of Contents with less of a footprint (Compare this http://publishingcentral.com/storywriting/storywriting_toc.html with this http://www.webmasterautomation.com/internet-marketing/index.html)
3) RSS feed for each converted book
4) Google sitemap for each book
5) Pages that don't get cut off in mid -sentence

There's probably some more I could add, since Quick Page Generator doesn't seem to be able to separate things out like first sentences and titles for use in the title and meta tags or a search and replace feature, but five is enough, I think, considering Conversionary is cheaper too.
