Same payment problem with me...

Hi,

I also never been paid as an affiliate for one of his products. I've reached the $25 threshold about 10 weeks ago, the balance keeps piling up (it's now $60), but Mike never issued the payment by PayPal - in spite of several requests to do so (via his online support ticket system, which nobody answers).
