Thanks for your reply and willingness to help.
Yea, 1% click-to-sales is bad.
And no, it's not hundreds per sale, because I only promote affiliate products that gives around $10-$20 commissions - I don't have my own product. This also makes me hard to do something about the sales page, because in this thing, I'm completely at the mercy of my merchants.
Also, I usually send people to the free stuff of the merchant that will act as a preselling tool, like the http://www.viralmarketingcrashcourse.com, and almost never send people directly to the sales latter. That viral crash course only produce one sale, even though there are 74 clickthrus (with 78 raw hits) from my email (my subs are around 950 people, started the list at early 2005).
I don't want to be too hard in the internet marketing niche before I can back up myself with significant result from other niche, because I don't think it's right to make money only from preaching people how to make money. So my focus is still on other niches.
