How did your friend get PayPal to act?

I reported the incident to PayPal
after first looking at all FAQ to
see if there is anything that deals
with dishonesty by a merchant. The
only thing I could find is called
"Buyer Complaint Process" and this
deals with non-delivery of hard
goods. You must complain within 30
days, or PayPal will do nothing.The reply to my reporting Mike Chen
was a reprint of that process, which
was useless. I pointed this out to
PayPal but have had no reply.I totally agree with your comments but
feel that PayPal is not as strict as
Clickbank is when it comes to keeping
merchants straight and honest.Helmut
