How to get your money back...

When you made your purchase was their a money back garantee displayed on the site?

Did you request a refund within the terms of the garantee?

If your refund request was within the terms of the garantee then you are by law entitled to a refund regardless of a change in ownership. Changes in ownership and management do not disolve contractual offers unless clearly stated in the terms of the purchase agreement.

So if you made your request within the garantee terms and were denied all you have to do is contact your CC company and file a chargeback. Your money will be returned to you.

This should only be used as a last resort.
