Renee, thank you for sharing and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's disgusting to know that people will sell "junk" to others, then, when the buyer realizes the product isn't worth the money, the sellers run off like cowards and hide behind the Internet.
That's why people were afraid to buy on the Internet five years ago. Slowly, people are starting to trust Internet shopping more, but these situations don't help to improve that trust.
As Son of Spam suggested, I would also try to get my money back via my credit card company and have them cancel the charge to my credit card. It's probably easier than trying to track down these cowards and forcing them to give your money back.
Then, as you're doing right here, post to every forum you know of, every message board you know of, all your newsletter subscribers, and all your JV partners, associates, and friends and let them know about this incident and who these people are so that no one else is victimized like you were.
Again, I'm sorry to hear about this experience and I hope you get your money back without any further problems.
