Ignore the hecklers. You did the right thing.

If you had not paid you would not have received the item. If you were $1 short you would not have received the item.

You tried to rectify the situation and got inadequate response and support.

You then decided that you wanted a refund so you should get it with the same speed that they were willing to take your money.

As Sam said, Why won't these hecklers tell us what they sell so that we can stay away from their products?

If we allow this type of marketing to continue, we will all suffer when the FTC comes calling. I suggest that you hecklers and defenders of bad nmarketing, read Andy Beard excellent post warning about scams and Ponzis.
