Ditto... I'm a burned FEC member who won't reveal his identity for legal reasons. I've asked repeatedly for a refund per the guarantee. Basically, I was ignored. Beyond going to the FTC, you should also dispute the charges to your credit card company.

James has proven not only to be someone whose arrogance is not supported by what he delivers, but also of zero moral fiber. He preaches a good game, but when it comes down to it, if you won't honor your guarantees, you're no better than the folks at Enron.
