I discovered this software awhile back and am very happy with it. It costs approx. $50. It's called CutePDF Pro ver. 3.2. You can do a lot of extras with this software: create booklets, watermarks, add pages, delete pages, add security, and best of all with the new upgrade you can add urls or live links to the document! Highly recommended.
