RegisterFly is not that bad? Wait till you get it!

This is really screwed up company whether you agree or not. Myself and a group of friends are using them 2 years ago and middle last year after our renewal of on the email services, the email basically down for 12 hours everyday. We have sent them many emails but no reply and the problems continue pop up second half of day, everyday.
Come to a point, we have decided to migrate our services to else where and we start to claim for refund for 9 months and at time, their so called customer service consultant promise to refund but after that they refused to do so. THE BEST PART OF THE STORY IS THEY DELETED MY COMPLAINTS and therefore they keep asking you what are the problems. Since we have a backup on what we did, we sent them and asked them to pay and they finally tell you "We do not refund for any services that used more than 30 days according to their TOS". They are right as I complaint 15 days after the renewal and took me 9 months to deal with them without and resolution.
Well, losing some money is ok but if you serious about loosing your business, be my guest to go for REGISTERFLY.COM - Register, pay and your money and business will FLY to their COMpany!
