Actually, the problem stared back in May. Initially, they put up a temporary site for members to access, but that stopped working the first week of June. Yes, the front end website is back up for RobotReply, but the member's area is still not working. They had expected to have this working by June 5th.
The good news is that the temporary site is now working agin!

You'll need to have a user ID and password for your account, but at least you'll be able to access your list. I'd suggest that the first thing you do is to export your list so you have a copy of it. The second thing you do is send a broadcast to your list letting them know about the problems and telling them that you might have to have them reconfirm their subscription (in case you have to move to another service later).
