Mucky,

The easiest method of all is to find a website that you like. Right Click and select View Source.

Now paste that source code into the HTML tab in FrontPage and you've got the entire site.

Next be careful to change everything on the page, I'm only suggesting this approach to give you the layout, not so you steal any copy, etc.

You can right click in the FrontPage Normal View and change table properties (assuming the original page was built using tables) to switch colors and border thicknesses, etc.
