The things that strikes me foremost is that all of these people on the "team" definitely WERE part of the decision to buy; I mean bio's and namedropping, doesnt that make them part of the decision to buy? Otherwise why would they be there?
And all the lawyer talk about these people only being contractors, was that mentioned anywhere in the salespage? Do we all need to do due diligence before making a purchase to see who is contracting with whom?
Finally, this standup guy did, assumingly, get a copy of the email but didn't take any of the standup time to respond to it before picking up his toys and leaving?
As I say, fascinating reading. I'd keep the review up for as long as possible, people need to learn and that's a great lesson.
