Re: Easy Download Protector PROBLEM!

I've been using Easy Download Protector for about a year now and the problem I have with EDP (and I think its a BIG one!) is that the login details auto responder that my customers are supposed to get after ordering only works about 20% of the time. Is that a big deal? YES! Why? Because if I'm not around to MANUALLY send them an email with their login details, then I get irate emails from them wondering what to do next because invariably they will try to download their ebook using the "Download your product here" link that is shown in their Clickbank receipt. Once you add EDP (or possibly any digital protection), that download link no longer works. I've asked Clickbank if they could please remove that and they won't. I've asked Michael Green (the owner of EDP) to fix the AR problem, and that didn't work.....and if he ever does then I will be more than happy to post a rebuttal to this! :-)
I've done a lot of research on the subject, and my dream digital protection software will do ALL of the following:
1) It will protect my download page from hackers.
2) In case of a refund, I can turn off access to their ebook and NOT just their access to the download page.
3) My PDF ebook can NOT be emailed to someone as an attachment at the click of a button (which now ALL PDF's can be).
4) My PDF ebook will NOT allow the user to just hit the 'Save' button and then pass it around after that (like all PDF's currently do).
5) PDF ebooks can not be used or accessed on any other computer.
6) It will be easy and simple to install and to add or delete products.
7) It will cost up to $300.00 max and won't recurring monthly fee's.Sincerely,
Stephen
