That's something we'll look into providing if there's a way of not confusing the user by having them click on that link (which I think they may well do) before actually completing their signup.

The greatest mystery is that as soon as they sign up the next page does already provide the download link. In my case and all our other users, even if they don't receive the download link they would naturally click on the access link straightaway and then you simply need to be telling them to bookmark the page they land at (which is the page you've mentioned above). I know that you've already done that, but could it be made any clearer I wonder?
