Hi,

Easy-Download Protector is fully functioning with around 1,000 clients using it day in, day out. We don't have any other complaints about the autoresponder message from Easy-Download Protector not sending. I use it myself for two-dozen different products on different domains and again, no problems.

I am therefore pretty certain the problem must be related to the domain name that this particular customer has registered, or perhaps more precisely with the email address being blacklisted somewhere along the line.

There just isn't another logicial explanation for why this would be the only EDP account which doesn't consistantly send out the welcome message.
