hi Jon,

I've had instances of non-recipt of products when the buyer couldn't find the download links, they had been resolved amicably. However, here the only options were:

1. Refund the buyer.
2. Have the proof of providing tracking info.
3. Have already refunded the buyer.

I selected the second and just mentioned that it was a digital download. Lets hope paypal resolves it in my favor..
