I thought I was the only one. I ran into that same problem not very recently. My account was previously limited by PayPal for the wrong reasons (but that's a story for another time). However, ever since the limitations, I've been getting 2 chargebacks with the same excuse: "unauthorized usage of the credit card".
I personally feel it's all nonsense right from the start but then, I have nothing solid to prove plus my options were limited like yours: all the 4 options suggest giving into the chargeback.
