Sam,

I purchased CB Download Manager in November 2005 and have just got round to wanting to install it but it's missing some key files. How could this have happened, e.g. the Admin/Members files.

I note you have another product out on the market DLG. I would rather not have to fork out even more money and I still need an easy-to-use download protector for my new site selling electronic products.

Not being technical, all the mention of changing permissions and CHMOD 0777, 075, 666 really scare the stuff out of me. Is there an easier way?.

I note the other products seem to have certain pluses but DLG does come quite highly rated.

Can you help in any way at all?
