Wow! It's great to be able to hear direct from a real life 'guru' (sorry Michael, I know you prefer expert) on a message board like this.
Most folks probably don't realize that the kind of advice that Michael Green just gave is probably worth more and of higher quality than 90% of the stuff you hear about when you pay for material or attend a seminar.
