Just wondering, how difficult would it be to set-up an offshore company that doesn't apear to be linked to gambling, and have them process the payments?
I wouldn't be so sure that this is "Game Over" for online gambling. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to find that there are all kinds of loopholes in this legislation that neuter the main intent. It happens all the time.
