It's an interesting point.
I agree with Louise, my volumes have been higher in the past few days. Nothing to do with ClickBank either way.
By the time someone is on your credit card page, the easier the better of course.
But just prior to the credit card page, it's not at all unusual to have a page which builds excitement.
I do this by having a checkbox which typically reads:
"YES Michael, I can't wait to get my hands on...."
...and then it goes on to restress the benefits of my product.
I mention this because a completely streamlined approach would do away with this intermediate "excitement building" middle page.
