I agree about Marketing per se, however these guys are offering us "the way". The Net is so huge and it's so easy to get so lost and waste so much time and effort that a ready made guide by one who has walked the path and is walking the path is what so many of us seek.
I almost purchase Stephan Ducharme's book but decided to do a little background research. I jumped in blindly before and wasted time and money on what amounts to absolute nonsense concerning generating traffic, etc.
What these people are doing is putting a whole lot of other folks off the idea of setting up a global business that provides goods and/or services that possess real value to others.
The point I'm at is how do we "educate" ourselves without falling into the traps laid by people who offer only "fluff".
The sales pitch is very promising and sounds authentic, and if you search the Net all you get is conflicting views: "Yes, his methods work", "no, he's a fraud".
I think forums such as this can help to clarify who doing what and who's methods are worth the money they ask for. I mean, how many of us can afford to endlessly throw away $197 a time for an eBook or eCourse that turns out to be nothing more than another lesson in "got ya sucker".
So my question is where can I find good advice on how to generate targeted traffic?
