I'm glad to hear about this. I've really been frustrated with Clickbank also(didn't know if it was just me) -- not only at the level where you're at Josh but even at the very beginning of setting up. I find their instruction and guideline communication very poor and difficult to follow: there's always something missing and you have to write them and ask and wait for 2 days for an answer in order to continue.
If there are problems right at the beginning for set-up I can imagine the problems there must be down the road when it gets into the thick of the activities and affiliates ! I didn't know there are alternatives. I'll be investigating that.
