Well you've just wasted one opportunity by not posting the link to your website at the bottom of your post here. Even if it is a first time post, it would obviously be relevant to post a link to your site when you are asking for help. Every link helps in the search engines.
The one glaring omission I saw in what you said you'd done was in getting in affiliates. Have you got an affiliate program? In such a competitive market, you'll do much better by working with people who have sites near the tops of the search engines or perhaps have more expertise than you with Adwords.
