I am by no means a legal expert but I think you know that doing this sort of thing would cause some legal problems, that is if Stephen even cares for that matter.
I was blessed with a FREE copy of Stephen's garbage book for consideration of a review in my newsletter. Needless to say, it did not make the grade and never made it into the newsletter. So although I am not out the 100 bucks as a lot of people that are unhappy with it are. I would recommend another means.
Here is something you could do. Put up a webpage to gather contact information. Post to forums asking for people that believe they have been ripped off by Stephen and would like to come together for possible legal action.
Take your list of people to a lawyer and get advice.
This is normally not worth it because you can just call your credit card company and have the charges reversed. But, in this case it appears there are many people that are losing money and this maybe a good course of action.
