SpySweeper will isolate the virus... but it keeps coming back...

When SpySweeper finds it, it appears to be located in the registry files. Won't go away. It has disabled the AVG 7.5 so it will not scan or update and shuts down immediately when I try to open it. The wierd part is that AVG will kick-in and scan on its regular daily scheduled scans... but I can not manually scan.
