He is not looking for that kind of joint venture partner. He is looking to collaborate with people to develop content. What you are describing is a cross-promotion partner selection process, which has nothing to do with what he asked.

He is looking for subject matter experts to help him develop content. That's a different kind of joint venture than what you are discussing.

What is even more bizarre is that you say you are one of those subject matter experts and just brush it off as if you have no interest at all. Just weird. Get your radar up and start looking for opportunities to network ( I already told you that you need to start communicating better).
