You are aptly named, Grumpy.
I did not state that there was a "problem" with his program, nor did I question Michael's honesty. What I asked is if a person like me - quite possibly with a "problem" - could make it work.
I'm not afraid to take action, but I also don't want to waste my time or cheat Michael out of any money by using his guarantee because I can't figure out how to make his program work.
Btw, amusing link you have there - is all that blank space supposed to sell something? Or maybe you're counting on your winning personality?
