Thanks for your question and sorry that Grumpy Old Man got you first. Grumpy, haven't we told you about be Grumpy yet ;-).
Anyway, your questions are all perfectly valid. However I pleased to report that The 20/20 Challenge is indeed intended for people of all internet marketing abilities. The skills required are straight forward enough, it's the implementation that counts.
