Can anyone help me with this...

I opened the file, and opened the html page, "soundtest.html" and I assumed that sound1.mp3 which was included would start streaming, but the page just continually tries to load to no avail.

I tried uploading it to my webhost, and the same thing. Am I doing something wrong?
