Adrian,
I've recently set up a Reseller Program for my company (check it out at http://www.depositit.com/reseller.shtml)and after a lot of research I went with a company called Kowabunga (also known as My Affilte Program).
They are slightly more expensive than some of the others but their solution is Excellent and their support has been Faultless so far. I would highly recommend them. Also, feedback/praise I've had for our program has been fantastic, which is partly due to their support and assistance.
From what I understand, Kowabunga can provide a simple method of linking your payments to PayPal and it all gets dealt with automatically. A useful article to look at can be found at: http://superfreaker.com/paypal/affiliate.asp
Additional info, direct from Kowabunga's site is:
PayPal - PayPal is a great online payment center. It will allow you to send and receive money using your email address - or your Affiliates' email addresses. Your Sales Report can be exported into a PayPal ready format. Upload it using their Mass Payment feature and each of your Affiliates will receive a notification in their email letting them know they have money waiting from you. And get this - it will only cost you 2% of each check or $1.00 - whichever is less. Click here for more information about PayPal and to sign up for a free account. If you wish to contact Kowabunga, speak with Theresa Farmer on theresa@kowabunga.net Tel: 888-224-6565. She should be able to assist.
Good luck,
Anthony
