Believe it or not, your respect isn't something I seek and the lack of it won't trouble me over-much.

I am perfectly happy that FAP give my contact details to my downline. I am perfectly NOT happy that FAP send emails in my name, urging my downlines to join an income stream that I don't agree with and haven't joined myself. Apart from the obvious objections, as someone else suggested it may make me legally liable if any of them lose money as a result of my alleged "advice". If you can find where in the TOS I gave permission for that, by all means let me know.

Btw, it wasn't my idea to treat this as "identity theft", it was the FTC's. At the moment, they apparently DO think they have some kind of jurisdiction over FAP.
