Another thing I wish to express is my disagreement with your insinuation that Mark Joyner did not make it clear that you would need either to have programming knowledge or need to hire a programmer to help you rebrand or redesign the products.
Mark's sales letter was something like 20 pages long and in it he listed each program by name (even the unfinished ones) along with the programming languages that you would need to use to rebrand or recompile them. The word souce code alone is enough to let even the novice know that there would be programming involved.
Mark also provided a forum where many Farewell package purchasers have created Joint Venture and we all (you included) have had direct access to the very programmers that Mark used and each of us individually could contract with them to help us in our product development.
I believe that your objection may be founded in the frustration of not having the motivation and desire to take action and put the assets you purchased to work. Many farewell package owners have already created large customer bases for products that they created from the source code of the package and have earned thousands upon thousands of dollars from their investment. The wise have thought outside the box and instead of simply rebranding the products and competing with everyone else have created new innovative twists on old products and services. Many more as my self have found the 17 CD's of power packed interviews with top marketing and development minds to be worth many times what we paid.
You also referred to the new announcement of the Joyner Fairwell Package owner and Nitro Stats JV. I fail to see what you are really dissappointed about. Is it that now more people will have access to the valuable interviews not just you I and the other Fairwell Package owners? Or is it the fact that you wished that mark Joyner would have given all 2000 of us reprint rights to the audio series and allowed us to drive the value down while we made crummy copies of the CD set and ruined the ability to tell the difference between an illegal bootleg set sold on Ebay for $37 and an authorized copy made by one of 2000 possible distrubutors.
No, I think that Mark Joyner has really done you a favor in limiting the manufacture to one company who is willing to provide you valuable services while maintaining the integrity of the product. This is wise marketing my friend. You see Nitro Stats is not one of Mark Joyner's flunkies as you claim rather they are a respected firm which provides services to thousands of businesses. They have agreed to provide the following services to you: they have recompiled the 17 Audio CD's containing the interviews between Mark Joyner and many of the most respected marketing and programming people on the internet, They have added additional content previously unavailable to us, they have transcribed the 20 or so hours of interviews so that we may read study and apply the techniques, They have packaged it in a professional and high quality manner, they are hosting the sales site, and obtained the copy and graphics to make it appealing, they are paying for the merchant account and credit card processing, they provide the customer service, they fulfill and deliver the set of 20 professionally produced CD's, and they will pay you a little over 50% or $200 for each sale of the $397 consumer package that is in high demand by the market.
Nitro Stats acts as the fulfillment house and we as Farewell Package owners are the only authorized distributors. For every $397 you make to a customer who is seeking this information you are paid $200. That is the same system many of us use at Cick Bank to sell our products only we are on the fulfillment end. If you wish to sell the product for less you cant but if you wish to sell the package for less you can offer an out of pocket refund to your customers after they buy from you. I persoanall feel that the audio collection is a killer deal @ $397 seeing as how I paid $997. If a person doesn't like Mark Joyner they have the same option you had when you purchased the Farewell Package, don't buy it. I personally am very satisfied with my purchase and am putting to work my assets. Besides the true value to the audio package is not what Mark Had to say as advertised but what the individuals he interviewed had to say. I am just happy that in order to sell it I don't have to copy each of the 20 CD's myself and ship them. All that is taken care of by a professional company that has done a better job than I could have accomplished personally.
You can go ahead and call me a Mark Joyner "flunky" as you did Nitro Stats but I am personally not that interested in his written materials and philosophies mostly I am interested in what can be learned from the use of viral marketing applications, web based services, joint ventures, and the valuable information taught by those he has learned from and worked with.
